Watch the ‘biggest Moon for 2019’ on Tuesday

The super blood moon lunar eclipse of January was visible only to a limited number of people. However, this month, the supermoon is returning. On 18th and 19th February, people across the world will witness a beautiful supermoon!

Supermoon is a phenomena that occurs when the Moon reaches the closest point in its orbit (perigee). And this month, the supermoon will be the closest to the planet than any other time of the year making it special.

On 19th February, Tuesday, the Moon will reach its full phase and will be completely illuminated. It will appear about 7% larger in size and 16% brighter as compared to an average full Moon.

What’s more, the supermoon of February will be the biggest and brightest supermoon until the year 2026. So, you would not want to miss it!

Keep looking up!
